1. How we handle children's information
Xigua Brain Games is designed for children and parents. The app does not require an account and does not collect names, phone numbers, email addresses, or precise location. Children cannot create public profiles. A child's nickname, age range, and preferences are stored only on the current device to personalize gameplay.
2. Data stored on your device
Game progress, nicknames, age range, avatars, and theme preferences are stored locally on the device. Removing the app or clearing its data deletes this information. We cannot access these local profiles from our servers.
3. Analytics and diagnostics
To improve the product, we collect aggregated, non-identifying information such as page views, game starts, completed games, levels, time spent, error states, device type, and browser type. We use Google Analytics and our own server analytics. The app contains no advertising and does not use an advertising identifier for cross-app tracking.
4. Network and third-party services
The app contacts our services to load anonymized game analytics and to submit feedback initiated by a parent. On the web version, initial language selection may use a third-party IP geolocation service to infer a country or region. These services receive only the network information required to complete the request. We do not sell children's data.
5. Parent feedback
Parents may voluntarily submit bug reports, suggestions, or content requests. A submission may include the contact information entered by the parent and is used only to respond to and resolve the request.
6. Security and retention
We use reasonable technical measures to protect information and retain aggregated analytics only as long as needed to provide the service, maintain safety, and improve the product. We do not use children's data for advertising or sell it to third parties.
7. Parental rights and contact
Parents may contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of information related to their child. Email support@xiguasmart.top.
8. Changes to this policy
If this policy changes materially, we will update the effective date and explanation on this page.
